Beeker's Words

When I was a child, I loved reading Tikki Tikki Tembo out loud. Supposedly the author based it on a Chinese folk-tale but I have read a number of articles that dispute this. I think most kids enjoy the story because of the difficulty in repeating the young boy’s name. This has become a favorite of my nieces.
