Thanks for all the feedback and comments. This is going to be a very slow process. I like change but I don’t want to change too drastically. I have a friend who is in marketing and she has offered to create a few things for me to look at. Luckily she is as picky and exacting as I am, so there will be no hurt feelings if I don’t like something and better yet…it is free!

I’m torn between agreeing with Monique because that birdie is so comforting because I know it’s you. But at the same time… I love new things! lol As I’m sure you’ve noticed I try and change my entrecard at least once a month. Like I said, I like new things. Ditto with Margaret, if you need any help – let me know!

I’m in two minds. I’ve already changed my Entre card once, but it was early on so I don’t think it mattered too much.

The problem is when I go through my inbox, there are many I recognise instantly as my regulars, like yours, and others I avoid (eg Viet name sightsee). Changing means a learning curve. Will drops fall off?

I rather like your coloured chalks. Could you incorporate that? It didn’t immediately make me think of crafty things. It’s very hard to think of something representative when you cover several topics. I’ll watch your progress with interest, because I’d like to change yet again.

I like your header, I think it is “artsy” enough to be not just crafts oriented. I did some googling and researched how to take a standard template and tweak it a bit (I created my own header) I am playing around with the idea of going three column but want something that will fill the monitor screen like my two column does.

I stopped over from entrecard and I like your blog….although your entrecard didn`t really make me want to click…..It is a little boring (sorry) while you site is a lot better than I thought it was going to be!!!!

I think you need something brighter!!! The actual site is nice though…..I love clean layouts! You could always change the colour scheme a little if you are getting bored with it!!!! Or if you want something completely different maybe go for a revolving banner theme…..so that different pictures appear in the banner everytime you click (Like http://www.roamingaussiemum.com) on the site!

I am going to have more of a look around your site!!! add it to my entrecard favourites and will definitely be back! Love it when I find a new site I like!

I’m a lot like you. Many ideas about a variety of subjects all swirling around in my head. It took me a long time to settle on a “brand” I wanted for my website, but the eye theme just took over. While I change the eye from time to time, it’s around to stay.

I’ve done about 20 cards so far for different folk with one repeat customer (for a second site).

I remember your Calvin and Hobbes theme. I liked it, but then I’m a big proponent of real estate for the meat of a blog (the posts) as I am only a modest advertiser.
