I see cupcakes. They are on every food blog out there. It is a conspiracy. I am embracing the cupcakes. I really want cupcakes, so I figure if we all just look at them, I won’t make any. My wife has a recipe for molten chocolate cupcakes that is pretty good. Along the lines of molten chocolate cake (with a gooey fudgey center) except hand held and easy to eat on the go.
